In his post, Neo shared the film’s teaser poster, depicting Liang Po Po with a keen eye on a wad of cash. He expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “Hoo hoo hoo, okay, I’ve held it in for so long. I didn’t tell you all because I wanted to give everyone a surprise. Hoo hoo hoo old friends, longtime fans, after 24 years, I’m meeting everyone again.” This revelation marks a significant moment for fans who have eagerly awaited the character’s return since her last appearance.
Legacy of Liang Po Po
The character of Liang Po Po first gained popularity on the Channel 8 sketch comedy series, Comedy Night, which aired from 1990 to 2003.
