TAO Solutions Unveils Sculpt, Revolutionizing Structured Finance Operations
TAO Solutions, a leading provider of software for structured finance, has announced the launch of Sculpt, an innovative optimization engine aimed at transforming asset allocation and funding operations within the finance sector. The new platform will make its first appearance at the Australian Securitization Forum Conference 2025, scheduled for November 25-26, 2025, in Sydney.
Sculpt leverages advanced mathematical algorithms and machine learning techniques to process extensive volumes of loan data within minutes. This advancement replaces traditional manual workflows that rely heavily on spreadsheets, allowing financial institutions to identify optimal and compliant asset pools efficiently. The platform promises to enhance auditability and significantly reduce execution timelines by as much as 95%.
Key Features of Sculpt
Designed for various applications, Sculpt optimizes warehouse funding, facilitates portfolio rebalancing, and supports the assembly of asset-backed securities (ABS), mortgage-backed securities (MBS), and covered bond pools. Additionally, the engine aids in Streamlined Risk Transfer (SRT) transactions and compliance with Central Bank facility regulations. It automatically enforces eligibility rules, concentration limits, and regulatory requirements, ensuring comprehensive compliance throughout the funding process.
Jim Metaxas, Managing Director and Head of Global Sales at TAO Solutions, emphasized the transformative potential of Sculpt. “Sculpt enables financial institutions to optimize funding and execute complex structured finance transactions with accuracy, speed, and full compliance,” he stated, highlighting the engine’s role in enhancing operational efficiency.
Deployment Options and Integration
Sculpt is available as both a hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) platform and as an on-premises installation. It can function independently or as an integrated module within SecureHub, TAO Solutions’ flagship structured finance platform. This flexibility allows organizations to tailor their use of Sculpt according to their specific operational needs.
TAO Solutions continues to establish itself as a trusted partner in the financial technology landscape, delivering innovative solutions for structured finance, securitization, and treasury operations. The launch of Sculpt marks a significant step forward in the automation and optimization of complex financial processes, aligning with the growing demand for efficiency and compliance in the industry.
