TAO Solutions Unveils Sculpt, an Advanced Optimization Engine
TAO Solutions, a leading provider of software for structured finance, has introduced a new optimization engine named Sculpt. The announcement was made on November 24, 2025, just ahead of its global debut at the Australian Securitization Forum Conference 2025, scheduled for November 25–26 in Sydney.
Sculpt aims to transform the way financial institutions manage asset allocation, securitization pool construction, and multi-facility funding operations. By utilizing advanced mathematical algorithms and machine learning technologies, Sculpt can analyze vast amounts of loan data in mere minutes, replacing traditional manual workflows that rely heavily on spreadsheets.
The engine not only identifies optimal and compliant asset pools but also ensures full auditability. According to the company, Sculpt can reduce execution timelines by as much as 95%. This significant improvement in efficiency is crucial for institutions involved in warehouse funding optimization, portfolio rebalancing, and various structured finance transactions, including Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS), and covered bond pool assembly.
In a statement about the launch, Jim Metaxas, Managing Director and Head of Global Sales at TAO Solutions, emphasized the benefits of Sculpt: “Sculpt enables financial institutions to optimize funding and execute complex structured finance transactions with accuracy, speed, and full compliance.”
Sculpt is versatile in its deployment options. It is available as a hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) platform or can be installed on-premises. Furthermore, it can operate independently or as an integrated module within SecureHub, TAO Solutions’ flagship structured finance platform.
This launch reflects TAO Solutions’ commitment to providing innovative technologies that enhance automation, risk management, and regulatory compliance in structured finance. The company’s tools are trusted globally, supporting enterprise-scale funding programs that demand precision and reliability.
As the financial landscape continues to evolve, Sculpt represents a significant advancement in the capabilities of structured finance software, promising to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency for financial institutions across the globe.
TAO Solutions continues to position itself as a critical player in the finance technology sector, aiming to meet the increasing demands of a complex financial environment.
