Kareena Kapoor Khan Celebrates Tusshar Kapoor’s 48th Birthday with Heartfelt Wishes
Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan expressed her warm wishes to her long-time friend and co-star Tusshar Kapoor on the occasion of his 48th birthday. On November 20, 2023, Kareena shared a nostalgic photograph of the duo on her social media account, writing, “Happy Birthday, Dear Friend, lots of love always, @tusshark89,” accompanied by a red heart and a rainbow emoticon.
Kareena and Tusshar’s friendship dates back to the early 2000s when they starred in several films together, including the popular movie Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai. Their on-screen chemistry continued to resonate with audiences in other films such as Jeena Sirf Mere Liye, Golmaal Returns, and Golmaal 3. In a testament to their successful collaboration, Kareena made a special appearance in the song “It’s Rocking” from Tusshar’s film Kya Love Story Hai, which became a major hit.
Heartfelt Tributes from Family
Earlier on the same day, producer Ektaa Kapoor, who is Tusshar’s elder sister, shared a touching tribute on social media. Describing her brother as her “guide and support,” Ektaa highlighted the close bond they share. She posted a heartfelt video featuring cherished memories alongside a caption that read, “Happy birthday to the best boy I know! You are my guide; you’re my support! May you get everything you want in life! Loveeeeee youuuuuuuuuuuu.” The video was set to the song “Rabba Mere Rabba” from Tusshar’s debut film, Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai, showcasing their family moments and special times spent with Tusshar’s son, Laksshya.
Tusshar Kapoor’s career began in 2001 with his role in Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai, which earned him the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut. His early projects, including Kyaa Dil Ne Kahaa and Kuch To Hai, did not achieve significant success. However, his breakthrough came in 2006 with Rohit Shetty’s comedy film Golmaal, where he portrayed Lucky, a speech-impaired character that resonated with audiences.
Over the years, Tusshar has gained recognition for his roles in films such as Khakee, Shootout at Wadala, The Dirty Picture, and Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum. His ability to connect with viewers has solidified his status as a beloved figure in the industry.
As Tusshar Kapoor celebrates his birthday, both friends and family have taken to social media to share their love and admiration for him, reflecting the strong connections that have marked his life and career.
