Sands China and Louis Vuitton Host Spectacular Fashion Show in Macao
Sands China Ltd. collaborated with Louis Vuitton to present the highly anticipated Louis Vuitton Cruise 2026 Macau Show on November 13, 2025. Hosted at The Londoner Arena in Macao, this event marked the brand’s first fashion show in the region, showcasing the latest collection designed by Nicolas Ghesquière, the Artistic Director of Women’s Collections.
The show was attended by notable figures including Victoria Song, a renowned ambassador for Louis Vuitton, and influential personalities such as Carina Lau, Louise Wong, and Yuxiao Lu. Their presence highlighted the significance of this event in the fashion calendar.
Celebrating Cultural Heritage and Luxury
David Sylvester, President of Global Retail at Las Vegas Sands Corp., expressed pride in the collaboration, stating, “We are proud to have collaborated with Louis Vuitton on the Cruise 2026 Macau Show at our iconic The Londoner Arena. Bringing an international fashion event of this calibre to Macao for the first time marks an important milestone.” He emphasized the event’s role in celebrating Macao’s growing influence on the global fashion stage.
The Cruise 2026 Collection interwove Macao’s rich cultural elements with Louis Vuitton’s esteemed French heritage. The venue replicated the Cour d’Honneur of the Palais des Papes in Avignon, France, where the original show took place in May 2025. This artistic setting reflected Louis Vuitton’s commitment to supporting the arts since its inception.
The collection itself delved into the performative aspects of clothing, exploring its artistic value and emotional resonance. Louis Vuitton’s creative vision highlighted how fashion can transform mood and character, serving as an essential element in personal expression.
A Hub for Luxury Retail
In line with the brand’s commitment to luxury, the re-opening of the Louis Vuitton flagship store at the Shoppes at Four Seasons in Macao in April 2025 has further enhanced the retail landscape. The store offers a curated selection of the complete Louis Vuitton collection, embodying elegance and sophistication.
Designed by Japanese architect Shohei Shigematsu of OMA, the store features a striking suspended sculptural staircase that connects the Men’s and Women’s Universes, providing an engaging experience for visitors.
The Shoppes at Four Seasons, along with the interconnected Shoppes at Venetian, Shoppes at Londoner, and Shoppes at Parisian, form Sands Shoppes Macao, which boasts approximately 850 stores. This extensive retail network offers the most comprehensive luxury shopping experience in the city, housing many of the world’s most prestigious brands.
Sands Shoppes Macao continually attracts discerning luxury consumers through various innovative initiatives, including curated shopping journeys and immersive brand experiences. This commitment to excellence reinforces Macao’s status as a premier destination for luxury retail on the global stage.
As the city continues to grow in prominence, the collaboration between Sands China and Louis Vuitton signifies a new chapter in Macao’s cultural and commercial development, further establishing it as a hub for creativity, sophistication, and luxury.
