On September 10, 2025, BAI Capital announced the launch of its final event series in Vietnam focused on the EB-5 investment immigration program. This initiative aims to provide Vietnamese families with a reliable pathway to obtaining a U.S. Green Card amid evolving U.S. immigration policies. The series includes both online and in-person seminars scheduled from September through November 2025.

Details of the Seminar Series

The event series will comprise three online webinars and four in-person seminars held in luxury hotels across major cities, including Quy Nhon, Can Tho, Hanoi, and Ho Chi Minh City. The scheduled dates for the webinars are September 25, October 16, and November 6, while the in-person seminars are set for September 14, October 5, October 25, and November 15. Each seminar will feature prominent U.S. immigration attorneys and experienced professionals from BAI Capital, which has over 16 years of experience in the EB-5 sector.

“This will be the final event series of the year, and it is a critical moment for Vietnamese families to consider their options before potential changes to EB-5 laws,” said a representative from BAI Capital.

Understanding the EB-5 Program

The EB-5 program has long been viewed as a strategic option for families seeking long-term residency in the United States. Unlike other visa categories such as EB-2 and EB-3, which are currently backlogged for Vietnamese citizens, the EB-5 program is accessible and offers a direct route to a Green Card through a minimum investment of $800,000 in a USCIS-approved project.

One notable project is the Archer Place in Gainesville, Florida, a mixed-use development that includes student housing and premium apartments. This project is projected to create over 2,922 jobs, significantly exceeding the requirement of ten jobs per EB-5 investor. Currently, only five investment slots remain available at Archer Place, highlighting the strong interest from international investors.

Participating in the EB-5 program not only grants permanent residency to the entire family but also allows children to benefit from in-state tuition rates at U.S. educational institutions, an important advantage compared to traditional study abroad programs that often come with high costs and limitations on work opportunities post-graduation.

Long-Term Benefits for Families

Experts view the EB-5 investment as a long-term commitment, often referred to as a “generational investment for the future.” With a Green Card, children can live, study, work, and even start businesses in the U.S. Meanwhile, parents can explore business opportunities and access high-quality healthcare services, contributing to a secure retirement. After five years of permanent residency, families can apply for U.S. citizenship, further solidifying their future in America.

The event series organized by BAI Capital is regarded as a final chance for Vietnamese investors to engage directly with U.S. immigration attorneys and financial experts. Interested participants can register through BAI Capital’s website or contact them via their hotline.
