Sands China Partners with Louis Vuitton for Landmark Fashion Show
The collaboration between Sands China Ltd. and Louis Vuitton marked a significant milestone in the fashion industry with the launch of the Louis Vuitton Cruise 2026 Macau Show. This prestigious event took place on November 13, 2025, at the state-of-the-art The Londoner Arena in Macao, showcasing the brand’s latest collection designed by Nicolas Ghesquière, Artistic Director of Women’s Collections.
As Louis Vuitton’s first fashion show in Macao, the occasion attracted various high-profile attendees, including Victoria Song, a prominent Louis Vuitton ambassador, and renowned Asian figures such as Carina Lau, Louise Wong, and Yuxiao Lu. The event not only celebrated the unveiling of the Cruise 2026 Collection but also highlighted Macao’s emerging status as a global luxury destination.
Celebrating Culture and Fashion
During the show, Macao’s vibrant cultural heritage beautifully intertwined with Louis Vuitton’s rich French legacy. The venue’s design echoed a previous fashion show held at the Cour d’Honneur of the Palais des Papes in Avignon, Southern France, symbolizing a new chapter in the brand’s journey. David Sylvester, President of Global Retail at Las Vegas Sands Corp., expressed pride in hosting such an international fashion event, stating, “Bringing an event of this calibre to Macao for the first time marks an important milestone…It reflects our ability to unite luxury fashion, exceptional hospitality, and world-class experiences.”
The Cruise 2026 Collection emphasizes the performative aspects of clothing, exploring its artistic value and emotional impact. The show served as a cultural laboratory, inspiring guests to reflect on how fashion can transform mood and character, whether for everyday wear or special occasions.
Elevating Luxury Retail in Macao
The Louis Vuitton Shoppes at Four Seasons, which reopened in April 2025, further enhances Macao’s luxury retail landscape. Featuring a carefully curated assortment, the flagship store embodies elegance and sophistication. One of its standout features is a suspended sculptural staircase designed by Japanese architect Shohei Shigematsu of OMA, which seamlessly connects the Men’s and Women’s Universes.
Sands Shoppes Macao, which includes the Shoppes at Four Seasons, Shoppes at Venetian, Shoppes at Londoner, and Shoppes at Parisian, boasts approximately 850 stores within a two million square foot space. This retail network offers an extensive luxury shopping experience, consistently driving strong growth and exceptional results.
Through innovative shopper engagement initiatives and personalized services, Sands Shoppes Macao continues to establish itself as a premier destination for discerning luxury consumers. The fusion of European elegance, architectural grandeur, and unmatched shopping experiences positions Macao as a vital player in the global luxury market.
