KCN Vietnam Group Joint Stock Company has officially launched the KCN An Phat project, a significant endeavor aimed at enhancing the supply of modern industrial properties in Northern Vietnam. The groundbreaking ceremony took place on October 2, 2025, in Hai Phong, marking a pivotal step in the company’s strategy to expand its influence in the Northern Key Economic Region.

Located within the An Phat High-Tech Industrial Park, the KCN An Phat project spans an area of 8.9 hectares and will provide over 60,000 square meters of leasable space. This development includes high-quality, ready-built factories and warehouses designed to meet the needs of various businesses. For the first time, KCN Vietnam will introduce innovative two-story factory models, alongside flexible factory sizes ranging from 1,000 square meters for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to larger units for multinational companies.

Scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2026, the project aims to attract new-generation foreign direct investment (FDI) in alignment with government initiatives. The move is part of broader efforts to bolster Hai Phong’s industrial growth following its recent merger with Hai Duong province.

According to the General Statistics Office, as of August 31, 2025, registered FDI capital in Vietnam reached USD 26.14 billion, reflecting a remarkable increase of 27.3% compared to the previous year. This growth is supported by government measures aimed at fostering a favorable environment for SMEs, including tax incentives and initiatives promoting digital transformation.

With the integration of Hai Duong into Hai Phong, the city has gained a more strategic position within the economic triangle formed by Hanoi, Hai Phong, and Quang Ninh. The former Hai Duong area is now a crucial connector between the capital region and Hai Phong’s seaport, as well as Quang Ninh’s industrial base. The region benefits from advanced infrastructure, such as National Highway 5A and the Hanoi – Hai Phong Expressway, which facilitates seamless connectivity with major industrial provinces like Bac Ninh and Hung Yen.

Hai Phong currently ranks third nationwide in attracting FDI and is targeting an additional USD 3 billion in investments by the end of the year. Against this backdrop, KCN Vietnam is committed to supporting the city’s industrial ambitions, particularly in sectors such as electronics assembly, semiconductors, precision engineering, and supporting industries.

Hardy Diec, Chief Operating Officer of KCN Vietnam, emphasized the company’s dedication to collaborating with Hai Phong in attracting high-quality FDI. “KCN An Phat represents our commitment to accompany Hai Phong in attracting high-quality FDI and developing a modern, sustainable industrial ecosystem,” he stated. “By introducing new product types, including two-story factories and smaller units tailored for SMEs, we aim to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness for investors.”

The KCN An Phat project is a crucial milestone in KCN Vietnam’s ongoing development journey. It reflects the company’s strategy to enhance Vietnam’s role in the global supply chain and attract high-quality investment while promoting sustainable industrial growth. The focus on high-quality construction and comprehensive customer service continues to position KCN Vietnam as a leading provider of industrial solutions that create lasting value for investors.

Established in 2021, KCN Vietnam Group is a professional industrial property developer with a portfolio that includes ten high-quality, ready-built warehouse and factory projects in both Southern and Northern Vietnam. These projects are strategically located in key industrial zones, with a total land bank exceeding 300 hectares.

Looking ahead, KCN Vietnam aims to expand its investment portfolio and solidify its status as a premier industrial real estate platform in Vietnam. The company envisions itself as a top choice for businesses, playing a pivotal role in Vietnam’s emergence as a sustainable industrial hub on the global stage. Recognized as the Best Industrial Real Estate Developer by Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine for three consecutive years (2023-2025), KCN Vietnam has also earned accolades as one of the Top 50 Sustainable Development Enterprises in 2024 and ranked among the Top 10 Leading Real Estate Developers in Vietnam at the 2023 BCI Asia Awards.
