G-P Integrates AI Solutions with Workday’s Partner Network
G-P (Globalization Partners) has officially joined the Workday Agent Partner Network, marking a significant advancement in global employment solutions. This collaboration enables G-P to integrate its AI-powered services with Workday’s Agent System of Record (ASOR), enhancing productivity for organizations worldwide.
The announcement was made on December 16, 2025, during a press release that emphasized G-P’s commitment to innovation in the global employment landscape. The partnership is aimed at providing customers with a unified and secure platform for managing AI agents, which is increasingly vital in today’s dynamic work environment.
Dean Arnold, Vice President of AI Platform at Workday, highlighted the benefits of this collaboration by stating, “The Workday ASOR gives customers a unified, secure platform to manage their growing ecosystem of trusted AI agents.” He noted that partners like G-P play a crucial role in enabling customers to access innovative solutions seamlessly.
In response, Lori McNally, Senior Vice President of Partners at G-P, remarked, “G-P is leading AI innovation in global HR.” She emphasized that Workday’s invitation for G-P to join the network reflects trust in G-P and its AI solution, G-P Gia, as an enterprise-ready tool within Workday. The partnership aims to help organizations operate more efficiently, maintain compliance, and manage their global workforce with confidence.
The integration allows shared customers of G-P and Workday to hire talent in over 180 countries where they lack a local entity. This setup streamlines the process of incorporating global hires into the Workday platform, ensuring that employee details, salary, payslip information, and invoices are managed effectively. Any updates made within the Workday system will automatically synchronize with G-P’s records, simplifying administrative tasks for HR teams.
Furthermore, the partnership encompasses an integration with G-P Gia, G-P’s global HR agent. Combining over a decade of HR expertise with advanced AI capabilities, G-P Gia serves as a trusted partner for HR professionals. It provides guidance on complex employment issues, assists in creating contracts and handbooks, and offers resources across 50 countries and all 50 U.S. states. Users benefit from access to G-P’s extensive knowledge base, which includes more than 100,000 vetted articles and information from over 1,500 government sources.
Earlier in 2025, G-P also became a part of the Built on Workday program, which aims to empower partners to develop and market pre-built applications that address specific business challenges. G-P Gia is currently available on the Workday Marketplace, with plans for G-P’s Employer of Record (EOR) services to also be offered in the near future.
