Nat Natarajan Steps Up as COO of G-P to Drive Growth
Nat (Rajesh) Natarajan has been appointed as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) of G-P (Globalization Partners), effective September 10, 2025. Previously serving as the Chief Product and Strategy Officer, Natarajan will now oversee the company’s unified go-to-market strategy, integrating its product, technology, revenue, and marketing divisions.
In a statement, Nicole Sahin, founder and CEO of G-P, expressed enthusiasm about this transition, highlighting it as a pivotal moment in the company’s evolution. “G-P has always pushed the boundaries of what’s possible in global employment,” Sahin stated. With Natarajan at the helm of the go-to-market engine, the company is set to enhance its AI-powered HR products and continue its impressive growth trajectory.
Natarajan brings over 25 years of experience in various sectors, including software as a service (SaaS), consumer technology, and fintech. His tenure at G-P has been marked by significant achievements, such as rearchitecting the company’s platform and launching G-P Gia, a groundbreaking AI tool designed specifically for human resources. “At G-P, we’re building for the future,” Natarajan remarked. He emphasized the importance of delivering innovative solutions to HR leaders worldwide.
Background and Professional Journey
Before joining G-P, Natarajan held the position of Executive Vice President and General Manager of Product and Technology at RingCentral. His extensive career also includes senior leadership roles at major companies such as PayPal, Intuit, and Travelocity.com. Natarajan holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University.
In addition to his responsibilities at G-P, Natarajan serves on the boards of public companies Bread Financials and Health Equity. His multifaceted expertise positions him well to lead G-P into its next phase of growth.
