Frank Benjamin, the founder of the renowned fashion retail group FJ Benjamin, passed away on December 10, 2023, at the age of 88. Following this, he was appointed emeritus chairman and adviser to the board of directors.

Under his guidance, FJ Benjamin expanded its operations, now boasting offices in four cities and managing over 20 brands. The company operates a total of 144 stores and employs approximately 1,600 people across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Its portfolio includes luxury and lifestyle fashion, timepieces, as well as beauty and health products. Some of the notable brands distributed by FJ Benjamin include Cole Haan, Guess, La Senza, Marc Jacobs, and Superdry.
