Mindray Launches Project 2030 to Revolutionize Women’s Health Ultrasound

On September 15, 2025, at the ISUOG 2025 World Congress in Cancun, Mexico, Mindray introduced Project 2030, an ambitious initiative aimed at enhancing global access to ultrasound technology for women’s health. During the congress, notable figures such as Prof. Savino Gil Pugliese, Head of Fetal Surgery at University Hospital of Córdoba, and Prof. Roberto Albinagorta, ISUOG Ambassador to Latin America, showcased Mindray’s Nuewa R9 Platinum ultrasound system. Their demonstration included detailed scans of first-trimester fetal hearts and complex gynecologic masses, impressing the audience with crystal-clear 4D imaging and smart quantification features. Albinagorta remarked, “This is a new grammar for ultrasound storytelling,” highlighting the innovative capabilities of the technology.

Advancing Ultrasound Medicine

The initiative also included more than 2,000 academic exchange events and the publication of over 100 research papers.
