Travellive Media Group Unveils HOTLIST 2025 to Celebrate Tourism Excellence
Travellive Media Group has launched the HOTLIST Travellive Editor’s Pick 2025, celebrating exceptional brands, destinations, and individuals that have significantly contributed to Vietnam’s tourism sector over the past year. This initiative, announced on January 3, 2026, aims to recognize the evolving values within the industry and highlight the importance of quality, innovation, and sustainable practices.
The HOTLIST 2025 project focuses on the theme “From Seed to Harvest,” reflecting Vietnam’s cultural identity rooted in rice cultivation. This metaphor not only symbolizes the growth and development of tourism initiatives but also emphasizes resilience in the face of challenges such as climate change and shifting traveler behavior.
The selection process for HOTLIST 2025 involves a prestigious advisory council made up of both domestic and international experts. Criteria for selection include social impact, sustainable growth potential, and overall excellence. This year, a public voting component has been introduced, allowing industry professionals and the wider community to directly participate in evaluating nominated brands and projects.
Expanding Recognition Across Tourism Sectors
The HOTLIST 2025 acknowledges outstanding contributions across seven main categories: Hospitality, Aviation, Travel Design & Experiences, Destination, Technology & Innovations, Sustainability, and Community Projects & Voices. Among the recognized brands are well-established names such as Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai and Topas Ecolodge, as well as international entities like voco Quang Binh Resort by IHG and Park Hyatt Phu Quoc.
In the Aviation category, STARLUX AIRLINES was noted for its premium flight experience. This year’s expanded range of categories reflects HOTLIST’s commitment to capturing the dynamics of the tourism industry while promoting responsible development that respects local identities and fosters positive social impact.
As part of the event series, HOTLIST 2025 will host The Insiders Forum in Hanoi on January 7, 2026, at the Sheraton Hanoi West, followed by another forum in Ho Chi Minh City on January 19, 2026, at the JW Marriott Hotel & Suites Saigon. These forums will bring together business leaders, experts, and researchers to discuss critical topics shaping the tourism landscape.
On January 19, 2026, the Honor Ceremony will take place in Ho Chi Minh City, recognizing and presenting certificates to the honorees featured in HOTLIST 2025. This event aims to serve as a B2B networking platform for industry stakeholders, further enhancing connections within the tourism community.
Through the HOTLIST initiative, Travellive Media Group has established a reputable annual reference point for the tourism sector, built on credibility and a focus on sustainable practices. This year, HOTLIST 2025 is supported by The Brand Promise, PR Newswire, and various sponsoring brands including BMWines and Lady Triệu.
The project not only highlights market excellence but also actively contributes to promoting sustainable thinking and elevating standards within the tourism industry. By amplifying meaningful stories and connecting outstanding individuals and organizations, HOTLIST 2025 continues to share positive values with the public, reinforcing the significance of resilience and transformation in Vietnam’s tourism journey.
