Manulife Hong Kong Celebrates Unique Water Parade with Drone Show
A spectacular drone show lit up the night sky over Victoria Harbour on November 1, 2025, marking the grand finale of the world’s inaugural “Water Parade at Victoria Harbour.” Manulife Hong Kong played a pivotal role as a Supporting Partner, helping to bring this innovative celebration to life for families and the local community.
Water Parade Highlights Community Engagement
The “Water Parade at Victoria Harbour,” curated and organized by AllRightsReserved, featured an array of giant inflatable sculptures representing globally recognized intellectual properties. Alongside the parade, the event included an interactive market that ran for eight days on the promenade, offering a vibrant experience for attendees.
As part of its commitment to community engagement and emotional well-being, Manulife facilitated a variety of activities throughout the event. These ranged from themed sailings aboard traditional Dukling boats to prominent outdoor advertisements across key city locations. The culmination of the event was the breathtaking drone show that provided memorable moments for all.
“We were thrilled to support the ‘Water Parade at Victoria Harbour’ and its spectacular drone show finale, which inspired moments of happiness and togetherness,” stated Celia Ling, Chief Marketing Officer of Manulife Hong Kong and Macau. “By creating uplifting experiences that families and communities could share, we aimed to strengthen emotional bonds and contribute to a more connected and caring society.”
Commitment to Social Responsibility
In line with its social responsibility initiatives, Manulife donated admission tickets to the Water Parade Market to local charitable organizations, including JUST FEEL, Mind HK, and S.K.H. St. Christopher’s Home. This initiative allowed beneficiaries to partake in the festivities, reinforcing the company’s focus on emotional wellness as an integral aspect of overall health.
The drone show served as a vibrant celebration of art, culture, and entertainment, bringing together residents and visitors alike for a week of joy and creativity. The event not only highlighted the power of shared experiences but also showcased Manulife’s role in fostering community spirit.
As the evening concluded, the “Water Parade at Victoria Harbour” stood as a cultural milestone for Hong Kong, illustrating how collaborative efforts can create extraordinary moments that resonate deeply within communities.
