Malaysia Sarong Music Run 2025 Unites Music and Athletics

The Malaysia Sarong Music Run (MSMR) 2025 successfully blended music and athleticism, transforming Kuala Lumpur’s city centre into a lively celebration. The event, held on September 20, 2025, attracted over 10,000 runners and 30,000 concert-goers, making it a significant cultural gathering in the heart of the city.
JETOUR served as the official automotive partner for this year’s edition of the run, showcasing its commitment to an active lifestyle through engaging displays of its DASHING and VT9 models. The event took place at the iconic KLCC square, located beneath the renowned Petronas Twin Towers, where participants could immerse themselves in a vibrant atmosphere filled with music and movement.
JETOUR’s Dynamic Presence at the Event
On September 18-19, during the race kit collection period, attendees had the chance to interact with the JETOUR vehicles through static displays. This hands-on experience allowed participants to appreciate the features of the DASHING and VT9 models. On the day of the event, JETOUR extended its brand presence to key locations throughout Kuala Lumpur.
One notable activation took place at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, where live radio interactions and unlimited commemorative photo printing attracted hundreds of attendees, enhancing the overall experience. At the race finish line, JETOUR greeted runners with a mobile display vehicle and surprise gift giveaways, reinforcing its commitment to engaging with the community.
Emphasizing a Lifestyle of Adventure
According to Ke Chuandeng, President of JETOUR International, “JETOUR is not only an automotive brand, but also a promoter of a youthful, adventurous, and socially engaging lifestyle.” He emphasized that the partnership with MSMR aims to build genuine emotional connections with the younger generation in Malaysia.
The Malaysia Sarong Music Run stands out as a unique fusion of music and sports, bringing together the passions of young people. JETOUR’s “Travel + ” philosophy aligns with this spirit, encouraging users to explore diverse lifestyles and experiences.
This collaboration also resonates with the Malaysian Ministry of Tourism’s vision, as 2026 has been designated as “Visit Malaysia 2026,” promoting diverse cultural travel experiences. The partnership serves as a vivid expression of the intersection between JETOUR’s philosophy and Malaysia’s multicultural ethos, showcasing the potential of cross-border collaborations.
As JETOUR continues to establish itself as a leading name in the automotive industry since launching its first model in April 2025, its partnership with events like the Malaysia Sarong Music Run underscores the importance of community engagement and lifestyle integration in the automotive sector.
