Malavika Mohanan Thrills Fans with Stunt Sequence in ‘The Raja Saab’
Actress Malavika Mohanan has captured the attention of fans by sharing a behind-the-scenes (BTS) video of her stunt sequence in the upcoming film The Raja Saab. Directed by Maruthi and featuring renowned actor Prabhas, the film is a horror comedy that has already generated significant buzz.
In her social media post, Mohanan expressed her enthusiasm for performing stunts, stating, “As girls we rarely get to do action in films, but I love doing stunts and had so much fun doing this scene!” Her inquiry to her followers on X sparked a lively discussion, with many praising her for her confidence and commitment to performing the stunts herself rather than using a body double. Fans highlighted her body language and intensity during the sequence, with one remarking that it was one of the most striking scenes in the film.
Exciting Developments in ‘The Raja Saab’
The film’s production team has also introduced an ‘upside down’ fight sequence, which was not part of the initial release. This unique addition has excited audiences, as it showcases characters in inverted positions, enhancing the visual experience. The production house, People Media Factory, announced on X that the “Upside Down Fight Sequence from #TheRajaSaab is now playing in all theatres. Book your tickets now for an adrenaline-packed big screen experience.”
The film’s creative team constructed two elaborate sets, one depicting a royal mansion and the other its inverted counterpart. This innovative design allows for significant scenes where characters appear upside down, contributing to the film’s distinctive aesthetic. In the trailer, a striking moment features Prabhas as a demon, confidently delivering the line, “What’s your problem? Am I an ant to sting you when you reach into the anthill? I’m the demon,” while stylishly smoking a cigar from a throne suspended from the ceiling.
As excitement builds for the film’s release, Mohanan’s enthusiastic engagement with her fans and the addition of the upside down sequence highlight the dynamic and innovative approach taken by the filmmakers. With a blend of inventive visuals and compelling performances, The Raja Saab is set to deliver a memorable cinematic experience.
