Lady Gaga is set to share her latest concert film, *Lady Gaga in Harlequin Live – One Night Only*, with fans on December 24, 2024. The film will premiere on her YouTube channel at 4 PM PT and midnight GMT, which translates to 8 AM on December 25 in Singapore. This exciting release comes shortly after the announcement of her *Harlequin* soundtrack album, nominated for Best Traditional Pop Album at the upcoming Grammy Awards.

The concert film showcases a performance from the Belasco Theatre in Los Angeles on September 30, 2024. It features a select audience of devoted fans, affectionately known as “Little Monsters.” Gaga expressed her decision to release the concert film during the Christmas season, describing it as “the perfect time to release something rebellious.” In a conversation with the Grammy Museum, she stated:

“I’m feeling like: Why not? We have this thing that’s so special to us, so we’re just really happy to share it with the fans. It’s kind of a rebellious project. And, by Harlequin standards, Christmas is the perfect time to release something rebellious.”

Initially hesitant to release the film, Gaga mentioned that she and her team felt the timing was not right immediately after viewing the footage. They wanted the experience of the Belasco performance to resonate with fans before sharing it more broadly.

The concert includes an eclectic mix of performances, featuring rock covers of classics like “That’s Entertainment,” “If My Friends Could See Me Now,” and “When the Saints Go Marching In,” alongside the original song “Happy Mistake.” Gaga was supported by a six-piece band, enhancing the concert’s dynamic atmosphere.

As Gaga prepares for the release, she is also actively working on new music while on her *Mayhem Ball Tour*. In an interview with Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1, she shared her excitement about creating music while connecting with fans nightly.

“I’ve been making a lot of music, and it’s kind of the best making music when you get to see your fans every night because you’re energetically just right where you need to be,” she said.

Speculation around a potential collaboration with The Weeknd has also surfaced recently. The artist, whose real name is Abel Tesfaye, shared an old photograph of Gaga from her *The Fame* era on his Instagram Story, sparking curiosity among fans. When Lowe presented the post to Gaga, she simply said, “I love Abel! It’s all I can say.” Reflecting on the photo, she remarked:

“It was really sweet that he posted that. In that photo, I look so immersed, completely in that moment. I remembered how I artistically directed every photo and every moment that I wanted my fans to see.”

The photograph features Gaga in front of a black Lexus with the license plate “LADYGAGA,” leaving fans speculating about a possible collaboration. Last year, there were hints that The Weeknd might have contributed to her album *Mayhem*, but no duet appeared in the final release.

As fans eagerly await the premiere of *Harlequin Live*, Lady Gaga continues to captivate audiences with her innovative projects and dynamic performances.
