Japanese voice actors Maaya Uchida and Kaito Ishikawa have announced their marriage, marking a joyous milestone in their personal lives. The couple shared the news on September 30, 2023, through a joint statement on their social media platforms, expressing their deep gratitude to fans for their ongoing support.
In their heartfelt message, Uchida and Ishikawa reflected on their journey together. They stated, “Through the time we spent together, we came to strongly feel that we wanted to walk through the rest of our lives side by side. As such, we have decided to take a new step in the form of marriage.” The couple acknowledged their inexperience but expressed a desire for continued support from their fans as they embark on this new chapter.

Both Uchida and Ishikawa have garnered widespread recognition in the anime industry, voicing numerous beloved characters. Maaya Uchida, aged 35, is well-known for her roles as Rikka Takanashi in *Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions*, Fischl in *Genshin Impact*, and Ranko Kanzaki in *The Idolmaster Cinderella Girls*. Meanwhile, Kaito Ishikawa, aged 31, has made his mark as the voice of Tobio Kageyama in *Haikyu*, Tenya Iida in *My Hero Academia*, and Genos in *One-Punch Man*.
Their collaboration extends to several anime series, including the *Rascal Does Not Dream* franchise and *The Rising Of The Shield Hero*. These shared projects have further endeared them to fans, who have eagerly followed their careers.
