Ishita Dutta Reveals Her Parenting Secret: Strong Coffee
Actress Ishita Dutta recently shared her approach to managing the challenges of parenting two young children. On January 29, 2024, Dutta posted on her social media account, revealing that her secret to handling the demands of motherhood is a “strong cup of coffee.” Accompanied by her husband, Vatsal Seth, the couple enjoyed a moment of relaxation amidst their busy parenting schedule.
In her post, Dutta provided insight into her experiences while working on her upcoming film, Drishyam 3. She expressed her eagerness to reunite with her children after a period away for filming. “Time doesn’t really fly by when you are away from your kids… Finally time to head back. Can’t wait to hug my babies,” she wrote, sharing a photo of herself enjoying coffee at the airport.
Dutta’s heartfelt reflections continued as she shared how much she missed her children during her absence. “Missing my babies so, so much… They, on the other hand, seem perfectly fine,” she wrote, highlighting the resilience of her children. Her son, Vaayu, born in 2023, was focused on her meals, while her younger daughter, Veda, born in June 2025, was too young to fully understand her absence.
“I was so anxious, constantly wondering how they’d deal without me. But here’s the truth I’m slowly learning – kids are far more resilient than we give them credit for,” Dutta explained. She further noted, “Maybe this separation is harder on the mother than the children. And maybe that’s okay too.”
Dutta and Seth celebrated the arrival of their daughter Veda with a touching announcement on social media, expressing their joy at expanding their family. “From two to four hearts beating as one. Our family is now complete. Blessed with a baby girl,” they captioned a photo that showed Dutta holding Veda while Seth and Vaayu posed alongside them.
As they navigate the challenges of parenthood, Dutta’s candidness about her experiences provides a glimpse into the realities of balancing work and family life. With both parents actively involved, they exemplify the joys and struggles that come with raising young children in a busy world.
