Craig David Set to Electrify Kuala Lumpur with Live Concert

British R&B artist Craig David is set to return to Malaysia for an exclusive performance titled Craig David Presents TS5: Live in Kuala Lumpur. Scheduled for November 10, 2025, this concert will take place at the Mega Star Arena in Bukit Bintang, marking David’s first appearance in the country in over a decade.
The event is organized by T-Rex Studio Sdn Bhd and coincides with the release of his ninth studio album, Commitment, which will launch on August 8, 2025. This album is described as David’s most personal work to date and features collaborations with renowned artists such as Tiwa Savage, JoJo, and Louisa Johnson. It aims to blend the nostalgic sound of his acclaimed debut album, Born To Do It, with contemporary influences.
A Unique Performance Experience
The Kuala Lumpur concert will showcase David’s signature TS5 concept, which combines live vocals with DJ sets. This innovative format was first introduced in 2012 and has since gained international acclaim, with performances in cities like Ibiza, Dubai, London, and Tokyo. Malaysia will be the latest country to experience this energetic performance style.
Attendees can look forward to a dynamic setlist that includes some of David’s most popular tracks from his two-decade career. Fans can expect hits such as Fill Me In, 7 Days, Walking Away, What’s Your Flava, and When The Bassline Drops.
Craig David’s Legacy in Music
Craig David first gained widespread recognition with his collaboration on Re-Rewind with Artful Dodger. He made history as the youngest solo male artist to top the UK singles chart with Fill Me In. His debut album, Born To Do It, released in 2000, sold over seven million copies worldwide and has been acknowledged by MTV and The Guardian as one of the best albums of all time.
Since the release of his debut, David has sold more than 13 million albums globally, earning multiple accolades, including three Ivor Novello Awards, two MTV Europe Music Awards, and 14 BRIT Award nominations. In recognition of his contributions to music and charitable efforts, he was awarded the title of MBE by the late Queen Elizabeth II in 2021.
