Blackpink’s Lisa Surprises Fans at Universal Studios Singapore
Lisa, a member of the popular K-pop group Blackpink, surprised fans by visiting Universal Studios Singapore on November 27, 2023, just before the group’s highly anticipated concerts. The singer was spotted enjoying the attractions at the theme park alongside her friend, Thai K-pop artist Sorn.
The 28-year-old star’s casual outing quickly turned into a memorable moment for fans, known as “Blinks,” who were thrilled to encounter her. Videos shared on social media platform Xiaohongshu showcased Lisa and Sorn in relaxed clothing, enjoying the park’s attractions. Their appearance generated excitement, with fans trailing behind them, expressing their delight with enthusiastic cheers and gasps.
At one point, a crowd gathered outside the Transformers ride, eagerly awaiting the duo’s exit. Another clip circulating online captured the moment the pair visited a Hello Kitty-themed gift shop, where a staff member humorously suggested to the fans that they might need to leave the store. The atmosphere at the park was electric as fans celebrated the surprise visit.
As excitement built around Blackpink’s upcoming shows on November 28, 29, and 30, the group’s backup dancers also made an early appearance for rehearsals. Reports indicated that some dancers were seen the previous evening at the Gardens by the Bay Supertree Grove, where they enjoyed a light and music show themed around Blackpink.
Blinks are now left wondering if the other members of Blackpink—Jennie, Jisoo, and Rosé—might make a surprise appearance in Singapore over the concert weekend. With the high level of anticipation and excitement surrounding the group, fans remain hopeful for more unexpected encounters.
