Bhagyashree Celebrates Hariyali Teej with Vibrant Punjabi Dance
Actress Bhagyashree embraced her cultural roots this Hariyali Teej by sharing a lively video on her Instagram account. The post, made on July 27, 2023, features Bhagyashree dressed in a traditional Punjabi outfit, showcasing a vibrant yellow garara suit, adorned with a golden parandi and elegant jewelry. The actress celebrated the occasion by dancing to the popular Punjabi song, “Gud Naal Ishq Mitha.”
In her Instagram caption, Bhagyashree extended warm wishes for the festival, stating, “Teeyan ki vadaiyan! Today also marks the eternal bond of love between Shiv and Parvati.” She expressed her fondness for the song, noting its enduring appeal. “Some songs just never fail to steal hearts down decades,” she said, highlighting its original rendition by Bally Sagoo in 1986.
Reflecting on Nature and Travel
Earlier in June, Bhagyashree took her followers on a nostalgic journey, reminiscing about her memorable trip to the Maasai Mara in Africa in 2019. She shared a series of photos and videos from the wildlife sanctuary, describing encounters with various animals such as zebras, giraffes, elephants, and rhinos.
Bhagyashree wrote, “Monday Memories! The Maasai Mara… one of the most amazing and treasured experiences I had. These are just a few of the animals we got close and personal with.” She emphasized the harmony in which these animals coexist with nature, contrasting it with humanity’s struggles in sharing space with the environment.
The actress concluded her reflection by stating, “It makes one realize how incompetent we are as humans to share our space. While these magnificent creatures live in harmony, balancing nature’s unwritten rules, I am glad I ticked this one off my bucket list.”
Bhagyashree’s celebration of cultural traditions and her appreciation for nature resonate with her audience, showcasing her multifaceted personality and deep-rooted values.
