Baku Metro Extends Hours for Justin Timberlake Concert
The Baku Metro has announced a change in its operating hours in anticipation of the concert by world-renowned singer Justin Timberlake at the Baku Olympic Stadium on July 27, 2025. To accommodate concert attendees, metro stations will remain open for an additional two hours, extending service until 02:00 on the night of July 27-28.
This decision aims to provide concertgoers with convenient and safe access to public transportation after the event, which is set to begin at 20:00. With thousands expected to attend, the Baku Metro’s extension of hours reflects a commitment to ensuring smooth travel for participants and spectators alike.
Passengers attending the concert are encouraged to utilize exits 3 and 4 of the Koroglu station, as these routes will facilitate easier access to the venue. The operational changes are designed to enhance the overall experience for those attending the concert, allowing them to enjoy the performance without the concern of limited transportation options afterward.
The Baku Metro operates as a critical component of the city’s public transport network, and this adjustment underscores its responsiveness to major events within the capital. As the concert date approaches, further updates may be released to keep the public informed of any additional changes to transport services.
This initiative illustrates the growing trend of cities adapting their public transport schedules to accommodate high-profile events, ensuring that both residents and visitors can enjoy cultural experiences without the added stress of transportation logistics.
