Aurra Bhatnagar Backs Gaurav Khanna After Bigg Boss Controversy

The reality show Bigg Boss 19 has become a hotbed for drama and conflict, particularly during the weekend episodes of September 20 and 21, where actor Gaurav Khanna faced harsh criticism from host Salman Khan. The scrutiny intensified after an incident involving a black paint task, prompting support from Khanna’s former co-star Aurra Bhatnagar.
During the weekend ka war episode, Gaurav was criticized for his performance, with Salman Khan urging him to be more active in the competition. The situation escalated during a task where Khanna’s face was painted black by fellow contestants Baseer Ali and Amaal Mallik. While Amaal maintained a level of respect, Baseer crossed boundaries, turning the task into a humiliating experience for Khanna.
In response to the incident, Aurra Bhatnagar, who portrayed Gaurav’s on-screen daughter Aadhya in the popular television series Anupamaa, expressed her support through social media. She stated, “What happened to Gaurav sir with the black paint was not just wrong; it was deeply disrespectful. No amount of paint can hide the truth of your hard work, dignity, and character.”
Bhatnagar praised Khanna for his composure during the ordeal, stating, “You carried yourself with grace even when faced with humiliation, and that strength speaks louder than anything else.” She emphasized the importance of integrity, asserting that “respect and class can never be erased.”
Their on-screen relationship as a father-daughter duo was one of the highlights of Anupamaa, resonating with audiences through their natural chemistry. Since Bhatnagar’s departure from the show last year, Gaurav Khanna also exited shortly thereafter.
Salman Khan’s critique of Khanna for his perceived lethargy in the game has sparked discussions among fans. As the competition heats up, viewers are eager to see how Khanna will respond to the challenges ahead, particularly following the public support from Bhatnagar, which reflects the bonds formed on set.
As Bigg Boss 19 continues, the dynamics between contestants will likely evolve, with Gaurav Khanna’s resilience being tested further. The ongoing support from fellow actors like Aurra Bhatnagar underscores the camaraderie that exists within the television industry, even amidst the competitive environment of reality television.
