Surbhi Chandna Launches New Bhai Dooj Tradition with Nephew
Television actress Surbhi Chandna has introduced a special tradition for the festive occasion of Bhai Dooj, celebrated on October 24, 2023. In a heartfelt gesture, she celebrated the day with her nephew, Idan Sharma, creating memorable moments that highlight their bond.
Dressed in a vibrant yellow ethnic outfit, Surbhi complemented her look with a gold necklace and matching earrings. She styled her hair in a low ponytail, finishing the ensemble with a charming silver stud bindi. The celebration included feeding Idan sweets and sharing affectionate moments, which Surbhi captured in a video shared on her social media platforms.
In her post, she expressed her joy in starting this new tradition, saying, “Starting our very Own Tradition Of Celebrating Bhai Dooj With My Nephew Don Idan…Idu knows how obsessed his Su Maa is with Caps ❤️ so the cutie got me my favourite gift.” She further shared delightful details about their day, mentioning that Idan playfully remarked, “Su Maa Dressed like a cute Sardarni did some Bhangra with me,” highlighting their joyful interactions.
Surbhi also reflected on her recent Karwa Chauth celebration, where her husband, Karan Sharma, fasted for her once again. This year, the couple marked the occasion by spending a hot day in Alibag, playing pickleball to pass the time until they could break the fast. Sharing glimpses from the day on Instagram, she wrote, “Karan Sharma fasted for his Wife Surbhi Chandna just like last year this year too. With every sip of water we drank, we blessed and thanked each other for the 15 years we invested in this union.”
