He wrote, “Feeling grateful and humbled! 777 Charlie wins 4 State Awards… Heartfelt thanks to the jury, our amazing audience, and this incredible team.” He specifically acknowledged Kiranraj K for his vision, Pratheek for his editing expertise, and Nagarjun Sharma for his impactful lyrics.

Set against the backdrop of a touching narrative, 777 Charlie tells the story of a man named Dharma and his beloved dog, Charlie. The film quickly became a superhit, resonating with viewers across India. Following its success, the filmmakers announced a commitment to donate five percent of the film’s profits to non-governmental organizations (NGOs) dedicated to the welfare of Indie dogs and animals.
Shetty emphasized the importance of recognizing the collective effort behind the film. “We believe that the only way to celebrate this success is by celebrating the multitude of people who have tirelessly worked in union in bringing this film on screen,” he stated. To honor this vision, the team pledged to distribute ten percent of the film’s profits to every individual involved in its creation.
