Nat Natarajan Steps Up as COO of G-P to Drive Global Growth

Nat Natarajan has been appointed as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) of G-P (Globalization Partners), effective September 10, 2025. Based in Boston, G-P is a leader in the global employment sector, recognized for its innovative approaches to workforce management. This strategic shift aims to unify the company’s go-to-market strategy by integrating its product, technology, revenue, and marketing operations under Natarajan’s leadership.
In a statement regarding the transition, Nicole Sahin, founder and CEO of G-P, expressed enthusiasm for this new chapter in the company’s journey. “This is truly the most exciting time in G-P’s history. With Nat as our COO and our incredibly talented team behind him, we welcome the beginning of an exciting new chapter,” Sahin said. She highlighted G-P’s commitment to pushing boundaries in global employment and emphasized the potential for growth in AI-driven HR products.
Natarajan, who previously held the position of Chief Product and Strategy Officer at G-P, brings over 25 years of experience in various sectors, including SaaS, collaboration, consumer technology, and fintech. His accomplishments at G-P include leading the redesign of the company’s platform and launching G-P Gia, an innovative AI tool tailored for HR professionals. “At G-P, we’re building for the future,” he stated. “Our teams have created and brought truly differentiated AI products to market to help HR leaders around the world.”
Experience and Vision for G-P
Before joining G-P, Natarajan served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Product and Technology at RingCentral, where he honed skills that are now vital in his role at G-P. His extensive background includes senior leadership positions at well-known companies such as PayPal, Intuit, TurboTax, Ancestry, and Travelocity.com.
Natarajan holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University. These credentials reflect a strong foundation in both technical and managerial capacities, enabling him to effectively lead G-P’s diverse teams.
With Natarajan at the helm of G-P’s go-to-market strategy, the company aims to enhance its products and services further, fostering innovation and growth. “Together, as a unified go-to-market team, we’ll further accelerate our growth and pace of innovation, ultimately delivering an enhanced and next-generation experience for our customers,” he added.
