64% of Executives Concerned About Evolving Global Work Landscape

Research from G-P (Globalization Partners) indicates that a significant majority of executives, specifically 64%, are apprehensive about the changing dynamics of global work. The findings are part of the newly released 2025 World at Work Report, which highlights the challenges posed by macroeconomic pressures, talent shortages, and the increasing influence of artificial intelligence.
In an announcement made on September 9, 2025, Nat Natarajan, Chief Product and Strategy Officer at G-P, emphasized the need for businesses to adapt proactively. “The global business landscape is in constant flux, and our research confirms that businesses and employees alike are feeling the pressure,” Natarajan stated. He also noted that success in today’s environment requires not just adaptation but also the development of resilience and agility.
The report, based on insights from 6,000 executives across six global markets, provides a detailed analysis of talent trends, business priorities, and actionable strategies for navigating an evolving workforce landscape. Natarajan pointed out that companies can turn disruption into opportunity by integrating advanced technologies. “By incorporating agentic AI into our processes and workflows, we unlock a future where human ingenuity is not only retained but dramatically amplified,” he added.
The 2025 World at Work Report outlines several strategies to help companies manage the shifting workforce dynamics. These include enhancing employee engagement, leveraging technology for efficient operations, and fostering a culture of adaptability.
G-P asserts its position as a leader in global employment solutions, offering companies comprehensive tools to manage the full employee lifecycle.
