Pradhana Vizha Awards Celebrates 21 Years of Indian Entertainment
The Pradhana Vizha awards show returns for its 21st edition on February 7, 2026, celebrating excellence in Singapore’s Indian entertainment industry. This year’s event will take place at The Theatre at Mediacorp and is themed “Dare To Dream,” symbolizing the progress made in the industry and the future possibilities that await.
The ceremony will honour outstanding achievements across various categories, including television, audio, and digital content. A total of 19 awards will be presented, featuring prominent categories such as best actor, best actress, and best drama series. Additionally, the show will recognise achievements in digital storytelling with awards for best digital short form content.
Event Details and Highlights
The awards night will be hosted by a talented lineup, including Udaya Soundari, Jaya Ganesh, Karthikeyan Somasundaram, and Ravi G, a well-known audio personality from Mediacorp Oli 968. A red carpet segment will be broadcast live from 18:30 to 19:30, allowing fans to catch a glimpse of their favourite stars. Following this, the main awards ceremony will run from 21:00 to 23:30.
Fans have the opportunity to participate in the event by voting for the most popular male and female celebrity awards. Voting will be open from January 23 to February 7 and can be accessed through the official site, mediacorp.sg/pradhanavizha.
The Pradhana Vizha 2026 awards show will be available for live streaming on multiple platforms, including mewatch, Mediacorp Entertainment on YouTube, and Vasantham.
