BTS Announces Four-Night Concert Series in Singapore This December
K-pop superstars BTS will perform a highly anticipated concert series in Singapore on December 17, 19, 20, and 22, 2023. This marks the first time the full group—consisting of Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook—will take the stage together in Singapore since 2019. Fans, known as Armys, are encouraged to prepare their Army Bombs and join in the celebration of this momentous occasion.
Details about ticket sales and additional concert information will be provided in the coming weeks. The announcement comes shortly after BTS revealed plans for a new album set to release on March 20, 2024. According to Big Hit Music, the upcoming album will feature 14 tracks, with preorders starting on January 16, 2024.
Since its formation in 2013, BTS has risen to global prominence, becoming a cultural phenomenon with millions of fans worldwide. The Korea Culture and Tourism Institute estimates that, prior to their members’ military service, BTS contributed over 5.5 trillion won (approximately US$3.8 billion) annually to South Korea’s economy, accounting for about 0.2 percent of the country’s total GDP.
The group’s impressive discography includes many international hits, such as “I Need U,” “Fire,” “Spring Day,” “Fake Love,” “Boy With Luv,” and “Dynamite.” Each song has further solidified their status as leaders in the music industry, attracting fans from all corners of the globe.
As anticipation builds for the upcoming concerts, fans are eager to witness the energy and talent that BTS brings to the stage. This concert series in Singapore not only marks a milestone for the group but also for their dedicated fanbase, who have been waiting to experience live performances from their favorite artists once again.
