Global Leaders Gather for GenScript’s 5th Annual Biotech Forum
GenScript Biotech Corporation is set to host its 5th Annual Biotech Global Forum on January 14, 2026, at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis. This year’s event, titled ‘Scripting Possibilities’, will offer both in-person and virtual attendance options, allowing global participation from leading figures in the biotechnology sector.
The Forum coincides with the prestigious J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference week, making it a focal point for scientists, innovators, investors, and decision-makers. Participants will engage in discussions about the future of biotechnology, emphasizing the integration of discovery, computation, and therapeutic development to create tangible benefits for patients.
Under the theme of ‘Scripting Possibilities’, the Forum aims to explore how transformative advancements, computational revolutions, and emerging technologies are reshaping the fields of cell and gene therapies (CGTs) and next-generation biotherapeutics. Attendees can anticipate forward-looking discussions on the technologies and collaborations that are accelerating the journey from innovative ideas to real-world impact.
Sherry Shao, CEO of GenScript Biotech Corp., expressed enthusiasm about the event: “The Global Forum has become a central gathering point for leaders driving progress across the biotech ecosystem. We are proud to bring this community together in San Francisco once again. Our mission is to empower researchers and companies end-to-end—with integrated technologies, platforms, and expertise—from discovery to development and manufacturing through our Life Science Group and ProBio businesses.”
The Forum will feature two keynote speakers renowned for their contributions to science and therapeutic innovation. These leaders exemplify the intersection of biology and intelligence, where advancements are driven by algorithms and enhanced through artificial intelligence.
This year’s program underscores the critical role of speed, precision, and collaboration in biotechnology. Ray Chen, PhD, President of GenScript Life Science Group, noted, “Biotechnology is at an inflection point—where speed, precision, and collaboration are no longer optional. The Global Forum is designed to bring together the leaders scripting what comes next, and to explore ways of pushing the boundaries of what’s seemingly impossible.”
